Skipping for 45 mins @9.00
Yoga 30 mins. @12pm (to get me to sleep)
12. What is your least favorite type of cardio?
I dont think I have a “least favourite” but if I think about it I’m not a very good swimmer. Its not that I dont like it, I just find it really hard, especially if I try to go fast.
LAST EXAM TODAY! Then its game on for exercise.

Today when doing day 4 of the 30 day Shred I found myself just as worn out as I did the first time I did the DVD. Infact, by a third of the way through I was completely knackered. But I kept going.
Last night, I had a binge of sorts. It wasn’t huge, I just had a bit of chocolate, an avocado and a ball of mozzarella. Its the first time in 2 weeks I’ve “fallen off the wagon” per se. And I felt so horrible after I was done, and this morning too.
But I know how to cope with these things THIS TIME. I’m not just gonna give up and resign myself to my old yoyo ways. I know how that makes me feel in the long run and I refuse to go there again.
I have to accept that mistakes are only human, and now my binge has ended im not going to spiral out of control. I’m going to stay IN control.
Get over it. And carry on.

Mushroom Spinach and Quorn chicken in a creme fraiche and basil sauce with wholewheat noodles.
I didnt know how this combo was going to taste initially, the creme fraiche cooled it down a bit but overall it was delicious. The sauce made the noodles creamy and it was weight watchers so less than 3% fat! :)
And of course the spinach, which I have ALLLLLL the time! I cannot help how much I love this stuff, raw or cooked!

11. Today you will be cooking for your whole family. Find a healthy recipe online that they will also enjoy and show them how tasty healthy food can be!
Firstly, I am at university so wont be seeing any of my family today, this one will have to wait until monday when my boyfriend comes down and I’ll cook for him :)
Second, I have a tonnnnn of revision to do today as my last exam is tomorrow. So any cooking I get around to will have to be quick and easy!

Day 3 of the 30 day shred level 1.
I am actually really excited because I can see changes in my fitness already. I managed to do all of (Anitas version) the push ups in circuit 1. And when doing the side lunges in the third circuit, I nearly managed to keep up with the weights.. nearly. Its an improvement anyways.
After finishing I wasnt nearly as tired or sweaty as I was the past two times, im really proud of myself.
I nearly didnt do it today either because all of my muscles ache so much. But as soon as I started the workout that pain seemed to disappear. I think then, the reasons my muscles are aching so much is cause I’m sitting around so much and they dont like the rest, right? :P
Unfortunately it’s hard to exercise AND revise at the same times >.< Just cant wait for friday and my last exam now!
