12. What is your least favorite type of cardio?
I dont think I have a “least favourite” but if I think about it I’m not a very good swimmer. Its not that I dont like it, I just find it really hard, especially if I try to go fast.
LAST EXAM TODAY! Then its game on for exercise.

Today when doing day 4 of the 30 day Shred I found myself just as worn out as I did the first time I did the DVD. Infact, by a third of the way through I was completely knackered. But I kept going.
Last night, I had a binge of sorts. It wasn’t huge, I just had a bit of chocolate, an avocado and a ball of mozzarella. Its the first time in 2 weeks I’ve “fallen off the wagon”...

Day 3 of the 30 day shred level 1.
I am actually really excited because I can see changes in my fitness already. I managed to do all of (Anitas version) the push ups in circuit 1. And when doing the side lunges in the third circuit, I nearly managed to keep up with the weights.. nearly. Its an improvement anyways.

10. Do you count calories? If so, what is your daily limit?
I dont actually count calories at the moment. I get a general idea of how many calories are in certain things so im not eating bad foods, but I generally care more about levels of saturated fats, which I try to avoid wholeheartedly.

Day 2 level 1 of the 30 day shred. I’ve gotta say, so far it seemed to get harder than easier! Yesterday was a breeze in comparison. I think its just cause my muscles are aching from yesterday and once I get more used to it my muscles will become stronger.
Does anyone else have a struggle doing the press-ups in the first circuit?

I dont know if I have one, I havent got into the whole “enjoying exercise” mindset as of yet. However, the ones I have experimented with, just running and skipping, have been going well. In this weather I prefer skipping though, cause I can do it in one place and go inside when it gets too cold, whereas if i’m running I still have to get...

Today I weigh in at 160lbs. I have lost 2lbs in the past week. :)

7. What is your least favorite healthy food?
CELERY. It is vile, I dont see the point of its existence at all. :)
Sunday today so it was weigh in day but you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out if I lost any weight (cause thats the next question, not cause i think you’ll all be in suspense haha)

6. What is your favorite unhealthy food?
Salted popcorn or kettle lightly salted chips. It should probably be everything salty really, I cannot get enough of salt, thats been the hardest thing to cut back on! But im doing well :)

5. What is your favorite healthy food?
This is really difficult cause I have an absolute TON favourite healthy foods :) My top top top one would have to be avocados, as I have pretty much grown up on them and when I wasnt trying to get in shape I’d eat like, one a day. But at the moment I really love pineapple, mushrooms, spinach and sweetcorn (not all mixed together).

Im really sorry guys but there is no food post this evening. I had dumpling soup and it was absolutely delicious but very ugly so my flatmates wouldnt let me take pictures of it hahaa.
Went for a 20 minute jog today around the lake on campus but it was horrible, much less distance than yesterday, only about a mile, but it really took it out of me, i couldnt push myself at all. I think I was still...

4. Have a vegan day today. No meat, no eggs, no dairy, no animal products whatsoever. Give it a try!

So I went for a jog.
All the way around university campus which turns out to be 6.53kms! (just over 4 miles). And it only took me 44 minutes, burning 478 calories.
This is all according to the fitness app on my ipod though so I dont know how accurate that is.
Got back to my flat where all my female flatmates have decided to go on a “no-carb diet” starting tomorrow. There are two things I see a problem...
