To be honest, I’m going to try this to the best of my ability but im sure the dumplings I have already prepared for dinner contain some form of animal produce. For breakfast I had a fruit smoothie with soya and for lunch i am having raw veggies on ryvita with soya butter spread so thats all vegan.
