5. What is your favorite healthy food?
This is really difficult cause I have an absolute TON favourite healthy foods :) My top top top one would have to be avocados, as I have pretty much grown up on them and when I wasnt trying to get in shape I’d eat like, one a day. But at the moment I really love pineapple, mushrooms, spinach and sweetcorn (not all mixed together).
It’s not that healthy but its low-cal so I guess popcorn counts? Maybe “slightly salted”.
