This is me knackered and sweaty after just finishing day 1 level 1 of the 30 day shred. I actually cannot believe I made it all the way through im pretty proud of myself. And its pretty hard to do in my tiny dorm room! Gonna celebrate by having a nice long shower yeahhhhhhh buddy. Hope everyone else is having a great day :) Jen xx
