Day 2 level 1 of the 30 day shred. I’ve gotta say, so far it seemed to get harder than easier! Yesterday was a breeze in comparison. I think its just cause my muscles are aching from yesterday and once I get more used to it my muscles will become stronger.

Does anyone else have a struggle doing the press-ups in the first circuit?

I am so far unable to even manage consistency doing Anita’s version of them, my arm muscles are soooo weak :(
