Day 10

10. Do you count calories? If so, what is your daily limit?

I dont actually count calories at the moment. I get a general idea of how many calories are in certain things so im not eating bad foods, but I generally care more about levels of saturated fats, which I try to avoid wholeheartedly.

I dont actually know how many calories I consume daily but I know what I used to eat (which was a helluva lot) and have cut that down by about 2/3rds, so I’m still eating 3 meals a day but I just dont eat shit. If I’m hungry inbetween then, I snack on vegetables and fruit. :)
