My Weight

Starting Weight:  162lbs

Current Weight: 157lbs

Goal Weights and Treats for accomplishing them:

1. 156lbs  (hopefully in time for Amsterdam 2012)

2. 150lbs   Haircut and Dye

3. 140lbs   Easter holiday abroad? (Im thinking France or Spain :) )

4. 130lbs Professional photoshoot with boyfriend

My ultimate goal weight: 126lbs

These weights are just a guideline of how I want my weightloss to go but I’m sure as I get lower and lower I will become satisfied with my body again and by building up muscle I will allow space for that sort of weight.

I really wouldnt mind if I dont make it to my ultimate goal weight and I can say that with the utmost truth. What I want is to be healthy, slim, toned. Not emaciated, skinny or bony.
